These dynamic 90 minute call-in sessions will allow you to learn from leaders in the field, share your solutions to common problems, and connect with practitioners from throughout the state to exchange resources and programming ideas. Hear directly how people from across California are addressing the same issues you are. A printable brochure is also available here

This call, Utilizing Youth Councils will be a general discussion of participants. Participants will discuss:

  • What are the advantages of utilizing youth councils in high school programs?
  • What have been some results of utilizing youth councils (New learning about youth interest, new activities in your program)?
  • How have participants on the line set up, established, or developed youth councils?
  • What are some of the challenges or things to consider when setting up youth councils?
