Urgent October Update!
Upcoming Oct 31 Deadline for ELO-P

E-mail blast

As an important October Update we are sending a critical reminder regarding the ELO-P Expenditure Reports.

If an LEA doesn’t submit the report by Oct 31st, they will forfeit all FY 21-22 and 22-23 funds (even if funds have already been spent). As the deadline is established by the legislature in statute, CDE cannot extend a grace period.

Anyone can check to see if an LEA has submitted their report by visiting the reporting website and clicking on the LEA drop-down menu: https://www2.cde.ca.gov/elop/

We encourage everyone to check to ensure LEAs they work for or with have submitted a report and if not confirm they have a plan to support their report by the deadline. See below for more details on the expenditure report.
