The California Teacher Pathway (CTP) supports young people with a passion for teaching to become education leaders in their communities. CTP Fellows are supported as they attend community college for their AA degree, and then as they transfer to a California State University for their BA degree and teaching credential. Students are encouraged to work in an afterschool/out-of-school time (OST) program for hands-on experience working with kids.
