The Children’s Initiative, a non-profit child advocacy agency, is currently hiring for the position of Director of Expanded Learning. Working closely with the San Diego County Office of Education, this position will be primarily responsible for supporting high-quality after school programming at the site level by providing leadership, professional development, and management to the expanded learning team. Additionally, the Director of Expanded Learning will also work to expand partnerships, coordinate grants and research, and disseminate best practice strategies. Qualifications include but are not limited to: a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong project management skills, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
