The Susan Crown Exchange (SCE) recently announced that on January 2, 2017 applications will open for their next Digital Learning Challenge. Over 2 years, the challenge strives to bring together a community of afterschool programs, HR professionals and digital product developers “to explore what it means to be a prepared and skilled 21st century citizen.” The Challenge will identify afterschool programs and discover their best practices around how their work is done with different situational factors and its challenges. The Challenge will most importantly unravel how afterschool programs achieved success in face of obstacles and engaged “youth in more meaningful learning experiences.” The application process for program partners for the Digital Learning Challenge will open on January 2nd and close on January 20th.
