This webinar will feature an overview of the quality elements in the California Afterschool Network Quality Self-Assessment Tool on Program Administration and Finance.  Paul Simpson-Jones, a Fiscal Analyst with the After School Division at the California Department of Education, and Shannon Roth, Director of Youth Development at Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center will present on the elements of Program Administration and Finance.  Each will share strategies and promising practices programs can utilize to increase program quality.
