Deadline for David and Lucile Packard Foundation Expanded Learning TA & Program Provider Survey Extended to January 29th

The David and Lucile Packard Foundation are seeking input from expanded learning (i.e. after school or summer learning) Technical Assistance Providers, Program Directors, and Site Coordinators who receive ASES and 21st Century Community Learning Centers funding. In appreciation of your time, each person who completes a survey will be entered into a raffle for the chance to win 1 free registration to the 2016 BOOST Conference. Other prizes include $25 Amazon.com gift cards. Only Program Providers in California and California-based TA Providers are eligible for BOOST registrations. The survey will close on Friday, January 29th.
