Hello Expanded Learning Professionals!

Happy New Year to you! The California Afterschool Network’s STEM Planning Committee would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your continued time, dedication, passion, and commitment to all things STEM / STEAM during the 2017-2018 academic school year. We wanted to update you on some recent changes made since our last communication. As you might have noticed, what was previously called the STEM Committee is now the STEM Action Team! The change in name aligns with the new requirement for “committees” to create and implement annual action plans that will help strengthen field capacity beginning in January 2018. The new structure will provide STEM subscribers with the opportunity to support a one-year work plan with specific objectives.
