ASAPconnect is seeking a Program Coordinator to join their team! This position is 100% remote within California, Sacramento Area Preferred, with some travel required.

ASAPconnect was launched in 2008 and has been a fiscally sponsored project of the Foundation for California Community Colleges (the Foundation) since 2022. ASAPconnect helps ensure that children and youth across California benefit from high-quality out-of-school learning and enrichment opportunities, resulting in positive developmental, academic, and wellness outcomes and increased readiness for college, career, and civic life.

The Program Coordinator works with the ASAPconnect team and coordinates with other statewide and national partners to ultimately increase the quality of out-of-school time programs in California. The Program Coordinator provides executive-level programmatic, operational, and administrative support to the leadership team of ASAPconnect; coordinates project and field activities and communications, including social media, as well as office services, operations, and procedures; and maintains project records and documents to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. As a member of the ASAPconnect team, the Program Coordinator makes independent decisions about day-to-day operations and completes project management responsibilities in partnership with the Senior Director of Innovation & Impact.
