An update from the California Department of Education:

Dear Expanded Learning Grantees,

This email is to inform everyone that the Executive Order N-45-20 has been extended until June 30, 2020. The information is available on the California Department of Education’s COVID-19 Guidance for Expanded Learning Programs web page at www.cde.ca.gov/ls/ex/covid19info.asp. 

In addition, the Expanded Learning Division (EXLD) has submitted language for the Budget Trailer Bill that if included, would provide flexibility starting July 1, 2020. The EXLD will provide updates as soon as they develop.
