Afterschool Alliance is inviting youth aged 13 and older to apply for their Youth Ambassador program by sharing their afterschool experiences before August 31, 2023. The selected 7-10 Youth Ambassadors will receive training on advocating for afterschool programs, engage in various activities such as leading Youth Voice Week, creating social media content, and writing blogs. They will also have the opportunity to visit Washington, D.C., for the Afterschool for All Challenge, with travel and in-person meetings subject to safety conditions.

Each Youth Ambassador will be awarded a stipend of $1,000 for their participation in the 8-month program, running from approximately October to May.
