The Site Coordinator Symposium welcomes all participants and is dedicated to supporting Site Coordinators and Direct-Service staff in Expanded Learning and Out-of-School-Time (OST) programs. Registration tickets labeled “(Site Coordinator)” are available at a discounted rate for individuals serving in these roles.

  • Early Registration: August 5, 2024, 10:00 AM – September 13, 2024
  • General Registration: September 14, 2024  - December 31, 2024 Extended deadline!
  • Late Registration: January 1, 2025 - January 15, 2025 Extended deadline!

Virtual Registration includes the following:

  • Access to all Virtual Symposium items: Keynotes and Guest Speakers, Workshops, Networking and Community-Building Opportunities. 

In-Person Registration includes the following:

  • Access to all In-Person items: Keynotes and Guest Speakers, Workshops, Continental Breakfast, Box Lunch, the event App, Partner Sponsor Exhibitors, Evening Receptions, including appetizers and refreshments, Event swag, Networking, and Community-Building Opportunities.
