We are excited to announce the 8th Annual 2025 Site Coordinator Symposium in Sacramento, CA! Presented by the California AfterSchool Network, in partnership with the Site Coordinator Network, and supported by the California Department of Education Expanded Learning Division and the System of Support for Expanded Learning.

This year, the Symposium will feature sessions dedicated to the growth, development, and success of Site Coordinators and Direct-Service staff. Additionally, there will be sessions on how Leadership can create systems and supports to enhance their success and overall program quality. Join us for capacity-building opportunities, networking, community-building, and lots of fun! The Site Coordinator Symposium will offer both virtual and in-person engagement opportunities.

Dates:

  • Virtual (Via Zoom): February 5, 2025
  • In-Person: February 7-8, 2025

Location:

  • Our In-Person Symposium will occur at the SAFE Convention Center in Sacramento, CA.

Virtual Symposium Attendee Hub FAQs:

Registered Virtual Participants should have received an email Monday afternoon from info@afterschoolnetwork.org with instructions on how to log into the virtual Symposium attendee hub. Please double-check spam folders and email filtration systems. The link in this email is the easiest way to access the attendee hub.

If you are a registered virtual participant and did not receive an email, you can start troubleshooting by using this direct link and logging in manually: https://cvent.me/Gly8XQ

FAQs:

Q: I can’t find the virtual Symposium on the Cvent app.

A: The virtual portion of the Site Coordinator Symposium WILL NOT be on the Cvent app. You must access the virtual attendee hub via the link from info@afterschoolnetwork.org. Double-check spam/trash folder.

Q: I can’t log into the attendee hub.

A: Use the information used when registering for the Symposium (First Name, Last Name, Email). You will receive an access code to your email to access the event. 

A: If you were registered by someone else or registered using a duplicate email, please send an email to Nat Rosales at nrosales@afterschoolnetwork.org with your First Name, Last Name, and Email address so that your information can be updated on the backend.

Q: I didn’t get an access code.

A: If you do not receive an access code, send an email to Nat Rosales at nrosales@afterschoolnetwork.org with a cellphone number that can be attached to your registration so that you can get an access code sent to your mobile device. Alternatively, Nat can also give you the code from the back end.
