Important Dates

Tuesday, October 15: Summer Literacy Expenditure Report Due

Grantees who received the Summer Literacy grant must submit the final Expenditure report by Tuesday, October 15. If you have any questions, please contact Kimi Toya at 916-319-0601 or by email at ktoya@cde.ca.gov.

Thursday, October 31: Quarter 1 Expenditure Reports Due

First Quarter (July–September) Expenditure Reports are due into ASSIST by October 31. If you have any questions, please contact your regional analyst.

Thursday, October 31: School Site Substitution Form Due

Programs are able to request a school site substitution if all of the requirements are met. If submitted and approved by October 31, it can be applied to the current fiscal year. Reminder: Return Grant Award Notifications

Grant Award Notifications (GANs) for ASES and 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grants were mailed in September 2019. Please sign and return the GANs as soon as possible. Late submissions may result in delay of payments. If you have any questions, please contact your regional analyst.
